PAYMENT MUST BE MADE DAY OF SALE!
BIDDING: Bids are Per Lot. All donkeys sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding bids will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision will be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
RISK: All donkeys are at the owner’s risk prior to their sale and become property of the buyer as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer, unless no saled. All in attendance are cautioned to be careful. The management will not be responsible for accidents or loss of personal property.
ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS from the auction block will take precedence over the printed material in this catalog and all other announcements. Every effort has been made to insure correctness of the catalog however we will assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
CONTRACT: The management, auctioneers and employees act as agents for the seller but assume no liability for either buyer or seller. Any representations made by the sales management are made on behalf of the seller. All guarantees are between the buyers and sellers. Bred jennets: ultrasounded or blood test - will have status listed and announced.
(We have screened consignments to avoid problem breeders.) Unless otherwise announced donkeys will be sold as is with no further guarantees - once they are out of seller’s control they can not be responsible for whatever may occur.
HEALTH: Buyers: Get to the OFFICE VET ASAP after the sale to get your health papers to haul your donkey(s) home. EIAs will be less than 6 months dated and health papers good for within the U.S. only. There is no set removal time for your purchased donkeys – you are welcome to stay and visit a day or two! If they are to be left after Monday we ask for feed/board reimbursement, please talk with us.
